Timesheets!
TribeHR is launching a new feature for the Group and Team level subscriptions – time tracking. Our initial version includes the ability for employees to track their hours on a specific task and project.
There are two options for entering your time – the day view and the week view. The week view allows you to enter hours for an entire week where the day view allows you to enter hours for a specific day.
Any employee can add new projects and tasks to track, and managers and administrators can pull a report to view everyone’s tracked hours. Tracking hours is a great way to see where the bulk of your employees’ time is being spent, and give you the ability to compare over time.
Why time tracking?
This time tracking feature is the first step in a number of TribeHR improvements that will work towards aligning your TribeHR system with your payroll system. As we move forward, look for new features and options that will improvement the alignment between leave accounting and the new hourly ledger system. This will eventually allow administrators to export accurate hourly payroll, and lead to more payroll integration within TribeHR.

Hello,
How can I delete a project or task on time sheets so they can no longer be used?
Thanks

Hey Ange,
When you go to select a project or task, there is an option at the bottom of the list for “Manage Projects” and “Manage Tasks”. Clicking this will bring up a list of options with the ability to delete them.
Hope that helps!
Cheers, Kelly
